About my journey

Walking through the darkness to find my voice
My journey into recovery did not happen overnight. After facing the painful realities of addiction, surviving abuse, and confronting the difficult choices and excuses I made along the way, I committed to putting in the hard work to heal. Writing books and sharing raw truth became my pathway home, turning past hardships into purpose so that others can find the courage to speak their own truth.

A safe haven for your own story
I built this space to reach anyone in Chatham Kent and beyond who is currently walking through the heavy burdens of addiction and abuse. You do not have to carry the silence or shame on your own. Here, you have a safe, non-judgemental space to share your story, be heard, and connect with someone who understands what it takes to rebuild your life.

One day at a time, your way
There is no single formula for healing. We do what works for us, embracing the truth that we all recover differently and no single pathway fits every life. Guided by patience, respect, and taking things one day at a time, I walk beside you as you discover what brings you peace, strength, and lasting freedom.
