It represents a message of hope, recovery, healing, accountability, resilience and change—a message that began through my own lived experience but was never meant to remain only about me. That is the purpose behind this collection: to help break stigma, open conversations and remind both individuals and families that change is possible and that they do not have to walk their journey alone.
